The state exam is 150 questions, you’ll have 3 hours to take it and you have to get 70% or better to pass. The examination is 100% computerized today and you will get your results as you walk out the door. Fresno is a regional hub for the Department of Real Estate so you don’t have to travel very far to take your test.
