At Rotary Storyland/Playland, generation after generation of Central Valley children have played, explored, scrambled, ran, slide, hide, giggled, squealed, and made-believe.  The Guarantee Good Will Network recently made a $1,000 donation to help support this unique & affordable Amusement Park.  Located in Roeding Park near the Chaffee Zoo, Storyland is a fantasy world where fairy tales come to life. Children can “live in a shoe,” “huff, puff, & blow a house down,”  “walk the plank,” & more. Playland offers delightful & thrilling rides including the Historic Carousel, Dragon Coaster, Tilt-a-Whirl, Little Racers, and more.
And although Storyland is for children, adults can enjoy an enchanting night out at the 19th annual Storyland & Jazz fundraiser on Saturday, September 22nd from 5:30 to 10:15.  The evening includes dinner catered by the Painted Table, jazz by The Blue J’z, a silent auction, and dancing under the stars.  Tickets to the event can be purchased by clicking HERE.
