Guarantee Good Will Network made a $1,000 donation to Sierra Foothill Conservancy.

The Sierra Foothill Conservancy was established in 1996 to provide a local, community-based support and management for the grasslands, foothills, and forests between Yosemite and Kings Canyon National Parks. This organization now protects over 20,000 acres of natural lands, family ranches and other important resources in Fresno, Madera, and Mariposa counties. Foothills properties acquired by Sierra Foothill Conservancy include McKenzie Table Mountain Preserve, Mary Elizabeth Miller Preserve at Black Mountain, Tivy Mountain near Piedra, and Austin and Mary Ewell Preserve on Fine Gold Creek.
By protecting the foothill land, Sierra Foothill Conservancy will protect wildlife and preserve native flora, provide educational and recreational opportunities for the community, promote scientific study of foothill ecosystems, and maintain open space and beautiful vistas.
“Saving natural lands, now and forever”, the Sierra Foothill Conservancy honors the natural and cultural heritage by protecting these resources and ensuring that present and future generations will continue to experience and enjoy the land in this region.
