For over 15 years, Fresno Filmworks has been the local source for independent film. Through its monthly film series and the annual Fresno Film Festival at the historic Tower Theatre, The non profit strives to create a deeper appreciation of film, a better understanding of world culture, and an unforgettable experience that one will not find at a commercial theater.
“This is the sixth year in a row that Guarantee Good Will Network has sponsored our annual Fresno Film Festival, and we are excited to collaborate again. The charitable work of Guarantee Real Estate in our community is inspiring to us. We are grateful for the support, and we’re especially proud of our ongoing youth outreach initiatives-bringing area high school students and underserved community groups into the theater for free. Gifts like those from Guarantee directly support these projects.” –Jefferson Beavers, President Fresno Filmworks
About Fresno Filmworks
Fresno Filmworks was founded in 2001 by a group of film lovers in our community. By offering a series of world-class independent movies, Fresno Filmworks shows their commitment to the multiculturalism that provides the community with an education and conversation of the film industry. These prize-winning films are international, high-quality, and are shown at Fresno’s very own Tower Theatre!
How to Get Involved
On November 2-4, Fresno Filmworks will present the 2018 Fresno Film Festival. There will be three days of feature-length and short films, filmmaker appearances, and an opportunity for community discussions. We encourage valley residents to purchase tickets to the festival and to please make a donation to this wonderful cause.
