A committee comprised of agents, loan officers, and employees meets on a regular basis to determine which non-profit organizations will receive donations. The Guarantee Goodwill Network has established two sets of giving guidelines to choose local organizations that will receive our support:

At Guarantee Real Estate & Home Loans we make our living by helping people achieve one of their most important needs, the comfort and joy of owning a home. It is logical then that we choose to support charities that provide housing, either permanent or temporary, for people who are unable to afford the basic need for shelter.

The Guarantee Goodwill Network also supports non-profit agencies whose purpose benefits everyone in the community rather than a small, segmented group of people. The organization's efforts should make our community a better, more desirable place to live.
