There is a difference between understanding and practicing, between grasping the concept and performing the task. Subjects covered by Guarantee Real Estate’s Advanced Skills Training are as individualized as the agents who take the course.

Guarantee’s FAST class reinforces what agents learn in Basic Training. FAST’s instructor combines a weekly “problem solving” group discussion with one-on-one mentoring and coaching.

The one-on-one facet of the FAST course allows agents to identify their areas of weakness and obtain support improving their job skills. The FAST instructor is available on a daily basis to answer questions and provide guidance.

Agents enrolled in FAST remain in the class until they have closed ten transactions. During the time they are enrolled in FAST, agents who have recently been hired will work at Guarantee Real Estate’s Maple & Herndon office. Once they have graduated from FAST, agents may transfer to another Guarantee office if they desire to do so.
