Guarantee Real Estate offers a Pre-license Online Course at a reimbursable cost of $399. You are assigned a counselor to assist you.
The required 3-unit Real Estate Principles course is included, along with the preparation for the state exam. We have available all the additional courses that are required to obtain your permanent license.
The course fee if fully reimbursed if the student passes the exam and is selected to work for Guarantee Real Estate. The fee is reimbursed at the close of the new licensee’s first escrow.
