- Is the company independently owned & operated or is it a franchise? If franchised, what would my franchise fee be?
- How long has the company been in business in this area?
- Who is the principal broker & where is the company’s main office located?
- What training programs & continuing education are offered? What is the cost for training?
- What is the company’s commission schedule? Where will my commission split level start? How much will I need to make to go to the next level?
- How soon after an escrow closes can I expect to receive my commission check?
- What commission does the company charge their clients for services?
- How many agents work for the company? In the office where I will work?
- Do the agents work part-time or full-time?
- How many properties did the company sell last year? How many by my office?
- What is the average sales price of a home sold by my company? By my office?
- Who would my manager be?
- Does the manager compete with agents by listing & selling properties?
- How accessible is management?
- How many years has my supervisor been in management? In sales?
- What is the company’s advertising program? What would my costs be?
- What office facilities are available? What would my costs be?
- What is the company’s risk management policy? What would my costs be?
- Is the company a member of the Association of Realtors®?
- Which Multiple Listings Services does the broker belong to?
